Recruitment process
Vacancies are advertised on our own and other relevant websites. We only accept
applications through our own website. This ensures that your personal data is
processed correctly.

We review all the applications we receive thoroughly and select potential matches
for the position. If we are unsure of something or have questions, or where we
initially need clarification of areas of the CV or application, we use telephone
screening.

If we still believe that you may be the right match, we will invite you to an
initial interview. If you have not completed a behavioural analysis prior to
the interview, in most cases we will ask you to complete one afterwards.
The candidates we do not see a match for receive a written rejection.

During the interview, you will meet the responsible manager.
This will give you an opportunity to provide more information about your CV and
ask questions about the position.

If necessary, we will obtain, following agreement with you, references from
previous/current employers or other relevant people who can give us a more
complete impression of you.

If necessary, we will arrange a second interview.

Following these interviews, we provide the candidates who unfortunately are
not offered the job a personal rejection.
This provides an opportunity for detailed feedback.
