As a sales trainee at Schou, we will ensure that you get a good start and develop both personally and professionally. Your training with us will extend over two years, during which time you will work with the practicalities facing the sales team for a specific product group and will be assigned your own tasks. You will also get theoretical training, and along with the other trainees will attend classroom training for 4-7 weeks. During your training you will be given more responsibility and will be assigned your own customer segments, as well as develop promotions and campaign presentations, trade fairs and much more. |

Purchasing Trainee

As a purchasing trainee at Schou, we will ensure that you get a good start and develop both personally and professionally. Your training with us will extend over two years, during which time you will work with the practicalities facing the purchasing team for a specific product group and will be assigned your own tasks. You will also get theoretical training, and along with the other trainees will attend classroom training for 4-7 weeks. During the course of your training you will be given more responsibility, have daily contact with suppliers, develop products, look after order processing and prepare quotes, among other things. |

Finance Trainee
|
As a finance trainee at Schou, we will ensure that you get a good start and develop both personally and professionally. Your training with us will extend over two years, during which time you will work with the practicalities facing the finance team for a specific product group and will be assigned your own tasks. You will also get theoretical training, and along with the other trainees will attend classroom training for 4-7 weeks. During the course of your training, you will be given more responsibility, and get to practice different finance subjects like balancing, payroll, accounting, debtor and creditor accounting, and many others. "As a finance trainee at Schou, you will quickly become responsible for your own tasks, and you will be shown great confidence. You get tasks, which are more challenging and competence intensive, than typical trainee tasks. The days will fly by, and there is a lot to do, and I think that the mix between the routines and the challenging workday is healthy. Visual Merchandise Trainee
|
As a Visual merchandise trainee at Schou, we will ensure that you get a good start and develop both personally and professionally. Your training with us will extend over two years, during which time you will work with the practicalities facing the visual merchandise team for a specific product group and will be assigned your own tasks. You will also get theoretical training, and along with the other trainees will attend classroom training for 10 weeks, which are spaced out. During the course of your training, you will be given more responsibility, take care of your own department, have contact with the people responsible for the product, develop, keep the showroom interesting and stylish, while also keeping up with maintenance. "With a broad range of tasks in our showroom, which are both practical and creative, I get to be part of the process from the beginning to the end. The most important is that I get the freedom and responsibility to be part of the process from idea to reality. With a lot of competencies under one roof, there are a lot of opportunities to form the decorative. I work across the departments with graphical artists, photographers, purchasers, and craftsmen. At Schou, there is room to practice a lot of things, which help me develop as a visual merchandiser." |
